【対面通訳】
15,000円より(3時間)
[On-site Interpretation]
From 15,000 yen (3 hours)
・個人のお客様ご依頼で、作業場所が東京都中央区の場合、ミニマム15,000円 (3時間まで)＋交通費でご利用いただけます。
・作業場所が中央区以外の場合はミニマム20,000円 (4時間) ＋交通費で承っております。
・作業時間は打ち合わせなどの拘束時間および通訳時間をさし、1時間単位で計算させていただきます（例えば、稼働時間が4時間15分の場合、5時間分の料金を頂戴いたします）。
・接待など食事を伴う通訳の場合、通訳者の食事提供もお願いしております。
・業務時間は、集合時間から解散までとし、打合せ時間も業務時間に含まれます。
・決済は作業終了後、現地で現金手渡し、もしくは作業が終わってから（請求書が到着してから）3日以内に指定銀行にお振込みください。
*For individual clients, if the work location is in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, the service is available for a minimum of 15,000 yen (up to 3 hours) plus transportation costs.
*If the work location is outside Chuo Ward, the minimum fee is 20,000 yen (up to 4 hours) plus transportation costs.
*The working hours include both meeting time and interpretation time and are calculated in hourly increments (for example, if the working time is 4 hours and 15 minutes, a 5-hour fee will be charged).
*If interpretation services are required during meals, such as for hospitality, we kindly ask that the interpreter's meal be provided.
*Working hours are counted from the meeting time until the conclusion, including meeting times.
*Payment should be made in cash on-site after the work is completed, or via bank transfer to the designated account within 3 days of receiving the invoice.

※通訳者の出張に関して、東京駅を起点として100km以上離れている場合、出張扱いとなります。
※距離は、路線乗車キロにて換算いたします。
１．出張通訳は、ミニマム20,000円（4時間）からの料金となっております。
２．出張手当 （国内・海外共通）を5,000円／1日を通訳料金に加算させていただきます。
３．拘束補償費（国内・海外共通）として、通訳業務以外の拘束に対し下記の拘束補償費用をご請求させていただきます｡
■国内
(1) 業務のない日の移動3時間以内の移動時間を要した場合半日通訳料×1/2
(2) 3時間以内の業務のある日の移動3時間以内の移動時間を要した場合1日通訳量と半日通訳料の差額
(3) 業務のない日の移動3時間を超える移動時間を要した場合、または翌日の通訳業務のため前日入りした場合1日通訳料×1/2
(4) 現地での拘束時間＋移動時間が合計10時間を超える場合半日通訳料×1/2
■海外
(1) 業務のない日に移動（渡航）した場合、または翌日の通訳業務のため前日に現地入りした場合、または現地拘束日1日通訳料×1/2
(2) 半日のみ業務1日通訳量と半日通訳料の差額キャンセル料
Regarding Interpreter Travel: If the interpreter's travel distance exceeds 100 km from Tokyo Station, it will be considered a business trip.
The distance will be calculated based on rail distance in kilometers.
The minimum fee for on-site interpretation starts from 20,000 yen (for 4 hours).A travel allowance of 5,000 yen per day (applies to both domestic and international locations) will be added to the interpretation fee.A retention fee (applies to both domestic and international locations) will be charged for any time the interpreter is required to be present outside of interpretation duties, according to the following rates:Domestic:
(1) If travel time on a non-working day requires less than 3 hours, a half-day interpretation fee × 1/2.
(2) If travel time on a day with less than 3 hours of work requires less than 3 hours, the difference between the full-day interpretation fee and the half-day interpretation fee will be charged.
(3) If travel time on a non-working day exceeds 3 hours, or if the interpreter is required to arrive the day before for interpretation duties on the following day, a half-day interpretation fee × 1/2.
(4) If the total of the on-site retention time and travel time exceeds 10 hours, a half-day interpretation fee × 1/2.
International:
(1) If travel (departure) occurs on a non-working day, or if the interpreter is required to arrive on the day before for interpretation duties on the following day, or if there is a full day of retention on-site, a half-day interpretation fee × 1/2.
(2) For half-day work only, the difference between the full-day interpretation fee and the half-day interpretation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Upon returning to Japan, held managerial positions in foreign companies and worked as an interpreter and translator before leaving to raise a child. Since 2009, has been working from home, specializing in translation for the automotive and machinery industries (over 700 translation projects completed). Has 10 years of experience as an in-house and freelance interpreter. Served as an instructor for the Advanced Japanese-English Automotive Translation Course at Fellow Academy, a specialized school for translation. Currently active as a career consultant.

For Cancellations Prior to the First Day of Reservation
*Cancellation 7 to 4 days prior: 30% of the estimated amountPlease note that any changes or cancellations after the official confirmation (after order placement) will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests are accepted on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Any requests received outside these hours will be considered received at 9:00 a.m. on the next business day. The calculation of the number of days for cancellation is based on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the year-end/New Year holidays.
